This week, I am going to be talking about how we take care of ourselves when life throws us challenges.
It has to do with the actions that we take when we are feeling a little down or challenged and how these automatic habits can throw our health goals off track.
The truth is, that most of us know what we need to do in order to get healthier but starting – and sticking – to those things can be difficult. That is why I work with my clients on forming new healthy habits – healthy actions that they just take, without thinking, take the place on old unhealthy habits and step by step, a new healthier them emerges – for the long-term.
The thing is, when life throws us curve balls, things get hectic and our routine is blown apart, that is when those unhealthy habits can start to creep back in and if we are not careful, can take over and before we know it, all our hard work is lost and we are back where we started.
But the thing is, it doesn’t have to be that way! And my video today is all about how one decision we take can keep us on track – and for you, that decision could be a bunch of flowers!
Please don’t give yourself a hard time if you have fallen off track with your health goals – it is so easy to do and trust me, you are NOT alone! The best thing that you can do for yourself is to acknowledge that it happened and then just move on, without a second thought. Don’t dwell on it, it really won’t help. You just need to get back on track as soon as you can and keep on going forwards; one step at a time.
